At Gem Iconic, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we have outlined the following returns and refund policy for your convenience.

It’s in our motto to strive to serving you with the best products. Even with the best intentions still there might be some discrepancy and hence we are proud of our no questions asked return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be shipped for return within 7 days of delivery for eligibility towards no questions asked return.
• The item must be unused, unopened in their respective packing as arrived.
• Opened/ Un-sealed goods are not eligible.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. Process for Returns

• Please make sure you take a video of the unboxing of your product along with relevant photographs especially when claiming due to damage
• Contact our customer support team at contact.gemiconic@gmail.com to initiate the return process within 7 days of your delivery date.
• When sending the mail please provide the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs and videos if applicable.
• We will approve the return request received on email and will confirm the same to you within 48 working hours.
• Please ship the product with proper packaging by any reputable national courier.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The packet should be sealed as sent.
• In case of damage claim, after the review process we would ask you to ship the goods to us (charges will borne by us) and accordingly either a replacement or refund would be issued.
• We recommend using a national courier which are trackable to ensure the safe return of your item like DTDC, Bluedart, Trackon, Tirupati, Professional, etc.

4. Inspection and Approval

• Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.
• If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability and follow the return process.

7. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Items bought using specific coupons which state “non-returnable”

8. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is COMPULSORY for returns due to damage or missing items.
• Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging for verification.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
• Some scenarios we might ask you to ship the goods to us and we will refund the shipping charges for the same.

9. Changes to Returns and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
