1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products across all regions of India having pin codes serviced by most national couriers. If you are located outside the pin code service zone and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We have partnered with reputed courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipping partners include DTDC, Amazon logistics, Ekart logistics, India Post, Trackon, Bluedart, Tirupati Courier or similar national couriers. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days for delivery depending on pin code.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: For a single order having a total value of ₹999 and above.
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹99 will be charged for orders below ₹999.

5. Packaging

All our products are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. For added protection, high-value items may come with tamper-proof seals and insurance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately.
• In case of damage, please provide clear photographs and unboxing video (Compulsory) of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
• After reviewing the proof of damage, we would ask you to despatch the damaged goods back to us (courier charges will be borne by us).
• As soon as the damaged goods arrive back to us, we would issue a replacement or refund as per customer’s choice within 24 to 48 working hours.

8. Return to Sender (RTS)

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For specific inquiries about international orders, please reach out to us on our contact us page.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
